After being moved for school reason's he had been pretty lonely around here. People were still transfereing over after the big accident and he was the first to be immedietly moved. He had been here for 3 weeks now and hadn't seen anyone he recognized at all. He still couldn't beleive everyone had to move, and what if he was the only one who would be moving here? But what really bothered him was what happened to Tinsley and Avery... Were they okay? Were they in a new town and if so who was helping them? Was something going to happen between them? Too many thoughts ran threw his head and he stopped and laid down in the damp, well kept grass. He looked around and sighed before taking a single blade of grass and splitting it in two and then splitting it again. It seemed none of the phones worked around here and he had lost his cell phone somewhere in the moving van that he was practically shoved into...

Tinsley was struggling with Avery in her arms as they walked along the smooth pavement of the park, Courtney was snickering behind her in her normal arrogent manner. Courtney would be going to a boarding school in a few days to her and Tinsley's delight. Avery tugged on Tinsley shirt to get her attention and pointed at James, her chocolatey brown eyes brightening up with recognition. "Hey!" Tinsley said to get James's attention. She scuffled over to James, balancing Avery on her hip and adjusting her weight a little. They had been staying in a hotel, courtesy of her step mom, that was a few towns over. But today Avery had begged to go to the park so Tinsley drove about half an hour so Avery could play.. and now they were all wiped out trying to keep up with Avery and Tinsley was definitely not looking forward to the boring drive back, and Courtney couldn't drive just yet.

James looked around quickly and spotted Tinsley, Avery and Courtney. He quickly jumped to his feet and walked over to them and immedietly hugged Tinsley and Avery before looking over at Courtney and smiling. Just for some kicks he walked over to Courtney and hugged her to before smirking and turning back to Tinsley. "I am really glad to see somebody I actually know, especially you." He said and sighed in relief. "This place is even more boring that than the other town..."

Courtney shuddered and froze up, she turned around and wiped herself off clearly not liking being hugged. She wandered off in a random direction to get away from the scene. Tinsley smirked "I didn't think it was possible." she replied giving in to Avery's weight and setting her on the ground. Avery wrapped her small arms around Tinsleys leg and hid her face shyly, peeking up at James every once in a while. "I saw Sarah and Aaron back that way a couple hours ago." Tinsley told him, she had been so relieved that Sarah was transferred to the same place she was, It made taking care of Avery way easier. Tinsley looked up at James, she was incredibly happy to see him.. she tried calling a few times but he didn't pick up. She guessed he lost his phone., but seeing him now, she didn't even care.

"Well it is possible." He said and kissed her before he looked down at Avery who was hiding. He hated when she hid from him, but he couldn't do anything about it right now...After all he was a little freaked out right now too. "So where are you guys staying?" He asked and looked over at the pond as a pebble came flying past his head.

"At a hotel a few towns over." Tinsley said kissing him, she had been missing him a lot, and now that Callie had been transferred to a seperate location, Tinsley had nothing to distract her from James.. which could be a good thing or a bad thing if she over analyzed everything. Avery motioned with one hand for Tinsley to pick her up while the other hand was curled up into a tiny fist with the exception on her thumb which was jammed in her mouth, she had started the habit of sucking on her thumb a few weeks earlier and had been doing it non stop lately. "It's a long drive, but i don't mind it." Tinsley told him bending over and trying to pick Avery up, it was getting harder and harder, Tinsley could only hold her for minutes at a time now much to Avery's dislike.

James looked at Avery and smiled. "I'm not going to force you into this, it's only a suggestion....But you, Avery.......and Courtney can stay at my place. It's alot bigger than I need all to myself and it's free." He said andhe sighed as a pebble from across the pond hit him in the side of his head.

Tinsley looked across the pond, not seeing where the pebbles were coming from. She shrugged, knitting her eye brows together slightly before looking back at James "I mean I guess I could.." She said nodding her head and wondering what Courtney would think of this, of course she would be leaving for a boarding school in the UK in a few days. Avery layed her head down on Tinsleys shoulder, her thumb still in her mouth, and she started to doze off, her curly brown hair falling in ringlets around both her and Tinsley.

James smiled and held in a growl as another pebble was throne. He looked over at Tinsley for a moment and caught a larger pebble in his hand as it was throne while still looking at her. As the pebble was caught and he closed his hand and crushed it, turning it into little grains of rocks. He then looked from where the pebble came from and emptyed out his hand. "Does Courtney want to go to another boarding school?"

"Yeah.. She doesn't really like me, or anyone else related to her for that matter. I guess she likes to be independent. But i might not let her go, im still contemplating." Tinsley said smiling. She watched as James emptied the grains of sand from his hand and onto the ground, but just before they hit the ground a light breeze picked up and the dust flew forward making Avery let out a cute little sneeze before settling back into a slumber.

"I'm just curious, but why don't you want her to go?" He asked with a questioning look on his face. He usually wasn't one to care about people leaving, because everyone comes and goes every now and then. But it seemed like everything that Tinsley thought about, worried about or was even unsure of, he wanted to know about it. It wasn't in a 'need to know everything' way, it was more like he wanted to see what she really thought of things and how she felt about.... well anything. He wanted to understand her on a deeper level that just what she showed. He looked down at Avery and smiled.

Tinsley grimace slightly, staring at the ground "I just don't want her to grow up like I did." Tinsley said thinking about all the years she had been shipped around to boarding schools and what not, pretending that she liked it. Anything was better than staying home with her mother and father. But things could be different for Courtney, Tinsley would make it different for her. But it might already be to late. She looked up at James and smiled before looking back down to the ground. Avery would have smiled at James, if her thumb wasn't plugging up her mouth. Her wide chocolate eyes studied him with curiousity, James wasn't like the men she had met in her past.

James lifted Tinsley's head and looked her in the eyes. "I will do anything in my power to make sure she won't. I know what it's like to go to over 100 different schools and nobody, should ever have that happen." He said and kissed her. He gave her a half hug making sure he didn't smush Avery before he turned as he felt someone touch him on the back. He looked around and saw Hanna walking away as she turned her head and smiled at him. Little did he know that there was a 'kick me' sign on a sticky-note that was currently residing on his back.

Tinsley gave him a soft genuine smile before setting Avery on the ground, her arms was getting tired and she wasn't sure she could feel it any more. She reached around James's waist and ripped that sign of his back before wadding it up into a ball and tossing it into a nearby trash can. Avery plopped down in the grass at Tinsleys feet and picked a small white flower from the ground with her free hand and started twirling it in the air, smiling to herself and giggling happily.

James smiled as he watched Avery. She sure did seem like a happy little girl, and she was the cutest thing ever too. He soon looked over his shoulder as everyone had disappeared within a couple of minutes. He looked at his watch and shrugged, it was only about 9:30 am and everyone was already gone... Strange. He looked back to Tinsley and couldn't help but smile, she was just....unexplainable.
